которое специализируется как на приеме российских граждан в Европу, так и на отправку европейцев в Россию и СНГ. Терпеть не могу массового туризма, поэтому не предлагаю
давно известные маршруты или же раскрученные курорты, в том числе горнолыжные.
Мое кредо - индивидуальный подход к каждому! Еще одно, пожалуй, самое главное отличие от других турбюро или турфирм - мое турагентство работает с клиентами, преимущественно, через Интернет, за исключением участия в турвыставках. В Европе, Слава Богу, Интернет перестал давно быть ругательным словом или какой-то новомодной страшилкой, услугами его пользуются люди самых различных категорий и растет потенциальный слой тех клиентов, кто не только информирует себя о путешествиях, а бронирует в ближайшем турбюро за углом, а именно и информирует и бронирует онлайн. Это не исключает общения поС у телефону, зато
мои клиенты проживают не только в разных уголках Германии, но и по всему земному шару /новозеланды, канадцы, американцы, израильтяне и так далее/.
Поэтому мне бы очень хотелось, чтобы и российские клиенты, наконец-то, поняли, что обманщики есть везде, но, с другой стороны, интернет-агентства имеют огромные преимущества /не надо платить дорогой аренды, особенно, в центре города /хотя у меня есть официальное бюро, даже очень приличное, но оно у меня в доме, где я живу/, я экономлю на бензине и на времени до работы и обратно, даже персонал может работать у себя дома, если требуется такая помощь: например, водители живут в Мюнхене, а обслуживают
по заявке по всей Германии и альпийскому региону, переводчики и экскурсоводы также проживают
в разных городах и странах/. Вообщем, агентство - это сеть агентов, поддерживающих связь через Интернет.
